New YouTube channel Hi-Fi Riff: Michael Evans and David Price chat about Exposure Electronics’ 3510 integrated amplifier

Great mates Michael Evans and David Price have been arguing about hi-fi for more than forty years. This year, they had the bright idea of recording their conversations for fellow audio lovers. YouTube channel ‘Mike & Dave’s Hi-Fi Riff’ is where you’ll find them, and here they chat about Exposure Electronics’ latest integrated amplifier.

Mike has a huge wealth of knowledge thanks to his hi-fi retail background, while David’s been a hi-fi reviewer and/or editor since the early 90s and is now Editor-in-Chief of StereoNET, so has picked up a few things along the way.

Every ‘Riff’ episode features the guys’ unedited, unexpurgated views about all manner of hi-fi designs. The action takes place in Mike’s ‘hi-fi hut’ in the Oxfordshire countryside. “With cows in the next field, mud everywhere and rain clouds overhead, it’s hardly Hollywood!” say the pair, who invite you to crack open a can and sit back on your sofa for off-the-cuff, one-take riffing about top kit.

In this episode, David ribs Mike about his stash of vintage Exposure kit, the pair compare the days of ‘Exposure vs. Naim’ to the ‘Oasis vs. Blur’ years, and share their enthusiasm for the musicality of Exposure’s new 3510 integrated amplifier,  the first product in the brand’s latest series.
