Each year, three of the UK’s leading premium AV magazines – Hi-Fi Choice, Home Cinema Choice and Hi-Fi News & Record Review – put their expert heads together to single out the best available AV products currently on the market.
Collectively, the three publications test and review more hi-fi, TV and home theatre equipment than any other UK organization and the Awards are informed by this pool of experience.
The 2015/16 Awards have just been announced and we’re delighted that Exposure Electronics have won the ‘Best Stereo Integrated Amplifier’ category, with their top-of-range 3010S2-D.
For high-end audio at mid-range prices, the Exposure 3010S2 series has long been considered as one of the best options on the market. The British brand, renowned for creating hi-fi components with involving musical reality, places its focus firmly on developing high-performance audio with an affordable price tag.

Reviewed in issue 397 of Hi-Fi Choice, the 3010S2-D is the fourth incarnation of Exposure’s top integrated amp.
“Beautifully put together at the price, with a solid aluminium casing and minimalist design that ensures it looks good on any hi-fi rack. It has a fast, powerful sound that’s tonally smooth and neutral enough to kick back with for lengthy sessions,” said the Awards.
An optional plug-in DAC board with Wolfson’s WM8742 chipset and USB and BNC inputs supports PCM up to 24-bit/192kHz resolution and DSD 64. “Throw in the optional £240 onboard phonostage (in moving magnet or moving coil flavours) and you have a formidable integrated amplifier package,” the reviewers concluded.
Full details of the 2015/16 award winners will be published as a special supplement to accompany the January issue of each of Hi-Fi Choice, Home Cinema Choice and Hi-Fi News & Record Review.
