No plans for this coming Sunday? Great! Then you’ll be free to head over to the North West Audio Show 2016.
Now in its third year, the Northwest Audio Show is quickly becoming one of the highlights in the audiophile calendar with great exhibitors, top brands and a superb venue. With free entry and free parking to tempt you northwestwards, spend a day surrounded by the best in audio amid the beautiful settings of Cheshire’s Cranage Hall and Wychwood Park.
A number of David Denyer PR clients and products will be exhibiting at the show….
Computer Audio Design (CAD) will unequivocally demonstrate just how good listening to music through a computer can be. Come and find out how and why they took the award for “Best Sounding Hi-Fi Room” at a previous Bristol Sound & Vision Show. CAD will be partnering up with Eclipse TD loudspeakers, Brinkmann amps and Quadraspire hi-fi racks.
Meanwhile, the folks at Cheshire-based Doug Brady HiFi will be showing the mighty Magneplanar 20.7 loudspeaker, flagship of the superlative Magnepan range. In its native USA, after bemoaning audio reviews rife with proclamations that a product sets new standards, The Absolute Sound then concluded that, “after living with the Magnepan 20.7s for over three months, I have no choice but to report that, in my opinion, this speaker does indeed set new standards as to the capabilities of a flagship planar transducer”.
Spalding-based dealer High End Cable will be showing Danish Scansonic’s stunningly affordable loudspeaker range – all the more so when you realize that they’re crafted by Raidho Acoustic’s designer, Michael Børresen.
And the chaps at Huddersfield’s Mains Cables R Us will demonstrate a range of products from Japanese cable experts Furutech and the UK’s IsoTek, makers of award-winning power optimisation products for hi-fi and home cinema systems.
